College Park council proclaims Small Business Saturday, approves routine consent items

Agenda amendment: Councilmember Whitney moved to amend the agenda so the Veo presentation would be last; the amendment was seconded, called, and approved by voice vote. Council then moved and approved the agenda as amended.
