Harris explained the year-to-year arrangement allows flexibility for changes in scope. "So in case there's changes you guys would like to make, it's getting locked in for a year," she said.
Commissioner Abendroth moved to enter the contract; Barker seconded. The motion was approved by voice vote.
Next steps: County staff will execute the contract and notify staff and relevant departments of the consultant’s availability and points of contact.
