Council moves to closed session to negotiate terms for proposed developments in TID 17 and TID 18

On Dec. 1 the West Bend Common Council voted to adjourn into closed session under Wisconsin Statute 19.85(1)(e) to deliberate and negotiate the purchase of public properties and terms for development agreements. The first closed session concerned a proposed industrial development in TID 17 (described as east of 18th Avenue and south/east of Corporate Center Drive); the second concerned a proposed residential and industrial development in TID 18 (described as east of Main Street and south of Rusco Road, generally west of the Wisconsin & Southern Railroad).

Both motions to move into closed session were made, seconded and carried.
