West Fargo commission approves routine agenda, consent items and building permits

The West Fargo City Commission moved through routine business and approved several procedural items by unanimous voice vote.
The commission approved the evening agenda after the clerk announced that Item 3 (abatement hearings) had been withdrawn by the petitioner and Item 6 (project no. 2,284 regarding intersections) had been withdrawn by the city engineer pending additional information.
Commissioner Olson moved to approve the minutes of Nov. 17; Commissioner Anderson seconded and the motion carried. The building permits report was presented and approved following a motion to approve and a second. Commissioner Zundell noted she would recuse herself from Consent Agenda item C; Commissioner Olson moved to approve Consent Agenda items A through H with a second and the motion carried.
No public comment was received during the public comment period announced at the start of the meeting.
