The West Fargo City Commission approved revisions to the city's military leave policy. The revisions clarify federal and state military leave requirements, refine notice and return‑to‑work language, and add reference tables showing how military leave hours are calculated.
Commissioner Olson moved to adopt the revised policy; Commissioner Zundell seconded. The commission voted in favor and the motion carried.
City staff indicated the revised policy has been incorporated into the Lexipol system. No substantive public comment or opposition was recorded during the meeting.
