Miss Robinson presented the procurement recommendation, noting the initial one-year contract amount of $174,500 and a potential total across a one-year initial term plus two annual renewals of $523,500. Funding will come from the county general fund; the board also authorized the chair or her designee to execute necessary documents and the interim CFO to amend the budget.
Commissioner Reeves asked about the staff's role in developing the RFP scope; procurement and planning officials said the RFP reflects policy guidance and elements of the county's strategic plan. The board motioned and approved the award by voice vote.
The board directed staff to proceed with executing the agreement and returning budget adjustments as needed.
