Commission approves Improvement District No. 1356 for Brookwood meter pit replacement

Commissioner Olson moved to approve the engineer's report and direct the engineer to prepare plans and specifications; Commissioner Anderson seconded. The commission voted in favor and the motion carried.
No special assessments beyond the meter pit benefit area were identified during the presentation. The action directs staff to proceed with design documents and next steps for the improvement district process.
