Robeson County board debates new HR oversight committee amid teacher retention concerns

Campbell said the district’s exit survey shows “82 percent of those who leave our district are willing to return,” and identified family reasons, relocation and pay as the top three reasons staff leave. He told the board the HR office analyzes exit surveys and can present additional data on request.
