The council adopted a budget amendment and authorized the city manager to execute the cooperative agreement and any amendments in a form approved by the city attorney.
Staff emphasized the project focuses on improved traffic flow and corridor operations, primarily along the San Antonio corridor. Council voted by roll call with all members present voting Aye.
