Resident raises annexation concerns as rezoning tied to Synergy Park is scheduled

Assistant Planning Director Jeff Fisher said the rezoning on the agenda is associated with a recent annexation and that the parcels at issue are in the Synergy Park owned by TEDC. Christina (identified by staff as the presenter for the rezoning) was listed as the planner who will present details to commissioners. Fisher told commissioners the annexation had already gone to City Council.
