During regular business on Dec. 1, the Wagoner Public Works Authority approved several routine items including minutes, claims, a contractor pay application and resolutions establishing 2026 meeting dates and holidays.
Minutes for the Nov. 3, 2025 meeting were approved after a motion and roll-call vote. The board then approved claims for November 2025, covering manual warrants and WPWA capital projects, and recorded roll-call votes for each motion.
On infrastructure business, the board approved pay application number 5 from Darris Contractors LLC in the amount of $139,639.79 for contract WHE-23-02 (wastewater treatment plant headworks), per a recommendation from Infrastructure Solutions Group LLC.
The board also adopted a resolution establishing the date, time and place of its regular meetings for calendar year 2026 and directed notice to the Wagoner city clerk. Separately, a resolution listing the holidays to be observed by WPWA in 2026 passed on a roll-call vote; one member, Wilson, recorded a 'no' vote on that item.
All votes were taken by roll call and recorded in the meeting minutes.
