Project representatives said the work would add roughly 1,000 square feet of impervious surface for egress landings and small patios and that the team is applying for state financing; Peter Graham noted the project is "Dover amendment eligible" for zoning and that conservation review was requested as a courtesy because the conservation commission’s sign-off is not exemptible. Commissioners acknowledged the presentation, confirmed the work mostly lies outside conservation jurisdiction, and asked the applicants to coordinate further with DPW, fire, and other municipal departments as the funding application proceeds.
No formal vote was required; the commission accepted the courtesy presentation and requested that applicants keep staff informed as designs and funding progress.
