Calista (USBE data team) said the agency ran final 2025 graduation-rate calculations using finalized October submissions and sent MoveIt files to LEAs on Nov. 10. "LEAs were sent MoveIt files on November 10," she said, and LEAs that lack access should submit a help-desk ticket or ask a colleague with access to download the files.

Calista said a graduation-rate preview report will be available in the Data Gateway either by the end of the day or the following Monday depending on ticket processing; the preview is restricted to LEAs for review before public release. "It's not released to the public, so LEAs get the chance to look at it first. It will be released though after Thanksgiving," she said. Tableau dashboards on USBE’s public site will be updated after that public release.

Calista cautioned that a year-round UTRX 4-year graduation-rate report is not functioning properly and remains in an IT ticket; she recommended LEAs rely on the MoveIt files or the Data Gateway preview while USBE resolves the UTRX issue.

Practical notes: LEAs should review MoveIt and Data Gateway files for accuracy and contact USBE immediately if they detect errors. If an LEA failed to get required source updates to USBE in time, the agency said it cannot change finalized results after the published cutoffs.
