At its Dec. 1 meeting the Tyler Wells Planning Board took the following formal actions (all recorded motions were unanimous unless otherwise noted):
- Accepted the Nov. 17 minutes as written (motion passed). - Received the Brookside Farms Phase 2 subdivision pre-application and deferred scheduling a site-walk until weather improves. - Received the Fairway View Village final subdivision; moved that the subdivision requires a sidewalk and requested written DEP confirmation before any occupancy exceptions. - Received the Richard Boyce subdivision amendment application and granted multiple waivers, including plan-scale, margin, contours, wetlands depiction and tree-depiction waivers; board also authorized the planning office as the completeness agent and agreed to schedule a public hearing once materials are complete. - Received the Millennial Granite site-plan amendment and granted a 90-day continuance for revised plans. - Continued the Bald Hill RV Park workshop to allow submission of additional technical material (septic, well, stormwater) per staff recommendations (continuance period and conditions recorded in staff memo). - Granted a 90-day extension for CB West Campground (applicant request), a 90-day extension for Compass Point, and a 60-day extension for Holiday House. - Adjourned the meeting.
The board directed staff to track outstanding DEP correspondence and to ensure applicants submit the requested technical documents before resuming public hearings or granting occupancy exceptions.
