The Planning Commission unanimously approved a minor amendment to the Beaumont Village sign program on Nov. 19 to relocate a monument sign within the commercial center.
Planning staff Katie Jensen said the amendment (Plan 2025‑0275; APNs 404‑190‑001 and ‑003) would move the sign from the west side of Beaumont Avenue to a more visible location near Oak Valley Parkway and Beaumont Avenue. Jensen said the project is exempt from CEQA under the Class 11 accessory structures categorical exemption and recommended approval and preparation of a notice of exemption to file with the Riverside County Clerk‑Recorder.
There were no public speakers for the item. Commissioners moved, seconded and took a roll‑call vote; the motion passed unanimously.
