Township of Ocean Board recognizes retirees and student achievements, presents certificate to student 'Ethan'

The board acknowledged a student named Ethan whose performance at a school event was recorded and shared widely; staff and administrators praised the inclusive response of students and teachers and presented Ethan with a certificate.
