Ken Wood (engineering representative) requested an extension for the Mia Lane Subdivision to allow the developer to drill a well and prove it provides sufficient yield. Board members discussed 60‑ vs. 90‑day intervals and settled on an extension acceptable to staff and the applicant. The motion was moved, seconded and passed unanimously.
Shannon noted staff has been coordinating with the developer and that Michael (staff) had been resolving comments with the applicant's consultant. The extension gives the applicant time to complete required hydrogeologic work and return to the board with results for formal acceptance.
