An unidentified committee member moved to approve the register of claims totaling $1,097,036; the motion was seconded and approved by voice vote. Earlier in the meeting the committee also moved to approve the minutes of the Dec. 3 meeting; that motion was seconded and approved by voice vote.
With no further business, the chair adjourned the meeting.
