- Consent agenda and meeting minutes: motion by Mr. Guthrie, second by Mr. Lee; carried 7-0.
- Policy committee items (first/second readings coming out of committee): carried 7-0.
- Local board-approved course (Dance Exploratory at Rawlings Middle School): motion moved by Mr. Guthrie, seconded by Mr. Lee; carried 7-0.
- Repurposing James H. Spann Elementary and redistricting students as presented: motion moved by Mr. Farnsworth, seconded by Mr. Guthrie; carried 7-0.
- Roofing bid approvals for Beach Hill Elementary and Austin Middle School: motion moved by Miss Powell, seconded by Miss King; carried 7-0.
- Restroom project bid for Austin Middle School: motion moved by Mr. Guthrie, seconded by Mr. Farnsworth; carried 7-0.
- Courtyard project for Gregg Middle School: motion moved by Mr. Lee, seconded by Miss King; carried 7-0.
- Personnel recommendations for 2025–26: motion moved by Mr. Guthrie, seconded by Miss King; carried 7-0.
- Student enrollment recommendations for 2025–26: motion moved by Miss Powell, seconded by Miss King; carried 7-0.
- Executive-session student-discipline appeal: motion to uphold decision moved by Mr. Lee, seconded by Miss King; carried 6 in favor, 1 abstention (Miss Bates did not participate in that hearing).
Motions were taken in open session unless otherwise noted; the executive-session disciplinary appeal was discussed in closed session before the board returned to open session for the vote. Several facility projects and referendum updates were presented but those items were informational or will come back with procurement steps.
