Middleton Landmark Commission updates alteration form, approves plaque posts purchase and backs North Saks Woods district application

The Middleton Landmark Commission approved multiple administrative and programmatic actions at its meeting, updating its Landmark Alteration Form, authorizing a contingent purchase of plaque posts, and selecting the North Saks Woods/Pheasant Hills area as the commission's priority for a Certified Local Government (CLG) grant application for National Register listing.

The chair and commissioners emphasized that the form should cite the appropriate preservation standard or statute rather than rely solely on an external web link.
