Speakers agreed non-owners (for example, contractors) may submit on behalf of an owner but only with explicit owner approval; the form will include fields to capture both the submitter’s and owner’s contact details.
Speaker 1 said the committee will make the requested edits and circulate the consolidated quotes and revised form to committee members for review before bringing it back for a formal vote at the next meeting. No formal vote on the form occurred during this session.
