The Avon Town Council approved Ordinance 2025-29 on final reading to modify written commitments for the Reserve at Shiloh Creek Section 2, a 27-acre parcel on County Road 1050 East south of County Road 100 North.
Planning Director Linda Albrand told the council the petitioner intends voluntary annexation and will develop under R-2 standards, which include increasing house sizes while reducing lot square footage and lot widths to match R-2 requirements. Albrand said she reviewed road classification and confirmed required separations would be met and no additional property acquisition was necessary. The Plan Commission recommended the modification with a 6–0 favorable vote.
Council members moved and seconded approval on final reading, and the ordinance passed on roll call.
