HAMPSTEAD — The Hampstead town council voted to award a contract for water distribution system improvements and heard multiple infrastructure and development updates at its meeting.
Town manager Jim Rourke said three final bid packages for the town’s water system centralization and modernization — including the water treatment plant construction and inspection-services contracts — “have been submitted to MDE for their review and approval.
