Kylie described the agreement as a contract vehicle allowing the city to issue task orders for playground design and other park projects; she said the agreement helps lock in hourly rates during the contract term. Chair moved to approve the agreement "as written" and a commissioner seconded; the motion passed following brief discussion about dates and task-order costing.
