Harmony Construction Management — Precinct Park Shelter oversight: The commission approved an agreement with Harmony Construction Management for construction management of the Precinct Park Shelter, not to exceed $17,600. Staff noted the agreement fits within the previously approved project budget and that Advanced Building Corporation is the construction contractor for the shelter.
Architecture and planning services: The body approved an agreement with the architecture and planning consultant to update planning documents related to parks and related projects; the item will move on to finance and common council where appropriate.
Votes: Each motion was made, seconded and passed by voice vote with no opposing voices recorded in the meeting transcript. Staff will forward the budget resolution and the contracts to the common council for final action where required.
