The team plans stakeholder interviews and public open-house meetings in January that will display inventory photographs and analysis to solicit feedback. Consultants said the process will inform preliminary recommendations on priorities and a 5–10 year capital plan for park improvements, including playground updates that will be discussed at future meetings.
Staff asked commissioners to funnel feedback through department contacts so the consultant team can incorporate local knowledge into the recommendations.
