James Coley, planning staff, told the board the applicant is requesting a conditional residential designation to allow the 111 units and noted the site includes two significant stream buffers, 27.8 acres of open space and 7.53 acres of active open space. "Brentwood Phase 5 is a conditional rezoning to allow for 111 single family homes," Coley said in his presentation.
