The board and planning staff clarified that an earlier plan had proposed a fence in the public right of way; the applicant revised the plan to place the fence on private property and changed the materials to address non‑utility right‑of‑way concerns.
Planning staff confirmed the fence would not block driveway access and that openings would be provided at driveways and sidewalks. The board made clear the approved height is 6 feet (not the 8 feet mentioned in some earlier documents) and approved the fence by voice vote.
Chair William closed the public hearing and wished the group luck with installation and community use.
