Highlights included the auditor’s financial transactions for October 2025; an administration actions report; a $2,200,000 budget adjustment (administration identified the largest share — $1,700,000 — for county engineer field construction work); selection and direction to negotiate an agreement with MSA Architects to perform a facility condition assessment of Great American Ballpark (a county–Reds partnership); a resolution authorizing an Ameresco amendment and replacement of a chiller at the Taft Law Center in the amount transcribed as $2,524,000; and multiple Job and Family Services agreements, including a $100,000 residential treatment services agreement with Piney Ridge Treatment Center doing business as Yellow Rock Behavioral Health.
Commissioners also asked that future JFS placement lists note which providers are out‑of‑state (Commissioner Summeraldum flagged Piney Ridge as likely being in Arizona) so the board can track youth placements. The board voted to approve items 8–27 as presented.
