Devin Chance, an eighth‑grade student at Murray Middle School, was the guest at the end of the All In Martin podcast. Devin told Superintendent Michael Maines that his favorite subject is band with "mister Fletcher," said he’s been in band for one year and mentioned he plans to do ELA and math skills in IXL over winter break.

"My favorite subject is band with mister Fletcher. He teach me a lot of stuff, like how to play the trumpet," Devin said, describing what he has learned in his first year in the program. Maines praised Devin’s engagement and writing, saying Devin is a "wonderful writer" and one of the district’s biggest cheerleaders.
