Board members approved the form unanimously. Dig Alert representative Anne Diamond asked staff to make packet material available more than one business day in advance when comments are solicited for complex agenda items. Staff agreed to track usage, report engagement outcomes and work with the education and outreach team on a communications plan.
What happens next: staff will publish the feedback form on the board website, supply QR codes for meetings and outreach events, and present metrics on participation and submitted ideas at future board meetings.
