Liberty County commissioners on Dec. 9 approved two payment requests to King Solution Services LLC totaling $385,039.40 for the ARPA-funded City of Hardin sanitary sewer rehabilitation.
Melinda told the court the project is close to completion and that staff conducted a preliminary walk-through. Estimate payment request No. 7 for $354,055.10 and prepayment request No. 8 for $30,984.30 were presented with backup documentation in the meeting packet. Commissioners moved and seconded the approvals and the motions carried.
County staff said the paperwork is in order and signed as required. The county will continue to monitor final completion and closeout requirements as the project advances toward year-end.
