The Oklahoma County Planning Commission voted unanimously to approve the Timberline final plat (FP 2025-10) after hearing concerns from adjacent landowners about a private access easement and construction-related silt runoff.
Eric, planning staff, told the commission the development off Douglas, south of Waterloo Road, has completed public right-of-way and drainage improvements but that an access easement running from the northeast corner up to Waterloo Road is recorded in title documents and was not fully referenced on the plat. "There is some concern that since that easement is part of the common area ... the HOA could potentially use that easement," Eric said, and he asked the commission to note the issue for the record.
