Separately, the court approved an amended draw request No. 7 in the amount of $362,389.24 for a GLO community development and revitalization grant (20066013C095) to support housing buyouts related to past flooding. Staff said the grant is federal funding administered through the state; one commissioner noted the program was winding down.
Judge summarized that the GLO draws and the LJA invoices will be paid from grant funds and will not result in county matching costs. A motion to approve both draw actions carried by voice vote.
