The office also reported signed purchase agreements for county-line parcels and ongoing interest in additional parcels (including commercial lots near the Meadowview/Meadows Edge site) and proposed bringing a two-part January agenda item: an open discussion of process and a closed session to discuss valuations.
Finally, staff announced that Alan Shaw has resigned; his final day will be next Wednesday. The director said the office will actively recruit for his replacement.
