• Ordinance 12‑13 — Adds Article 49 (RHNA overlay district) to Title 9, Chapter 3 of the Los Banos Municipal Code to implement the 2024–2032 housing element. Council waived second reading and adopted the ordinance by roll call; recorded affirmative votes by Perez, Chavez, Lewis and Amabile (member Sanders absent).
Vote tallies: Roll call votes recorded unanimous affirmative votes among members present for all three ordinances. The meeting record indicates one council member (Evan Sanders) was absent.
