The Smyrna Planning and Zoning Board recognized two departing members at its Dec. 8 meeting. Unidentified Speaker announced that Mister Phillips of Ward 1 and Mister Michael Seagraves of Ward 6 were attending their final meeting and thanked them for years of service to the board and the city.

The chair invited comment; a brief remark recorded in the meeting noted Mr. Seagraves would "be cordial," and the chair made light-hearted references to the members' long service. The board offered holiday wishes and closed the meeting shortly after the acknowledgments.
