Summary

The chair moved to send agreement 5.1 (United Illuminating LED lighting retrofits) to the full committee; Dr. Yarborough seconded. Recorded responses were Dr. Yarborough yes, Miss Downer recused, Chair yes; the motion carried.
The chair then moved to send a package to the full board that included the data-sharing abstract (Varsity Tutors), agreement 5.2 (GreenSky solar parking-canopy lease), purchase orders (6.1–6.6), two contracts and three change orders. The motion was seconded and passed on recorded votes (Miss Downer yes; Dr. Yarborough yes; Chair yes).
Separately, committee members moved to forward edits to the district’s data-sharing policy to the governance committee; that motion carried. The committee also confirmed that no second December full-board meeting is scheduled and adjourned.
The committee requested staff provide an updated memo and clarification on the IRB/data-vetting timeline ahead of the full-board meeting.
