Fire department reports October runs, training and arrival of new Ladder 4; service-contract requests to come

Speaker 5 also said the department will present future agenda items for supervising contracts and claims related to non-city-property service agreements (for example, ground-ladder servicing and aerial testing) but had no such contracts for approval this month.
