The Morgan County Schools board voted on a package of consent items and personnel recommendations and adjourned after approving all items presented.

During the meeting the board approved a Terracon proposal (P5251101) for special inspections and construction materials testing related to Faltwell High School’s football field upgrades; the motion to approve was made by Mr. Tarpley and seconded by Mr. Holmes and carried on the board’s voice/hand vote. The board also approved an addendum to the procurement plan for the Morgan County Schools Child Nutrition Program and adopted the district’s Virtual Academy Implementation Plan for the 2025–26 school year.

The board approved two construction-related items from Boyette Construction Company Inc.: a proposal for an AG Shop at Lacey Springs School and repairs to the AG Shop at West Morgan Middle School. The board voted to amend the district’s Senior High Athletic Supplement to include a Star Athletics head coach. The board likewise approved the October 2025 financial statements and the November 2025 check register accountability report.

Superintendent Miss Goode presented personnel recommendations numbered 1–23. The board approved the full slate; the transcript records that Mr. Holmes abstained on item 15. The board recorded the personnel action as approved after the vote.
