Council proclaims Small Business Saturday; Hmong American Association thanks Westminster for sponsorship

The meeting also included an invocation and other brief public comments thanking city staff or recognizing mutual aid by the Westminster Fire Department. The city manager reminded residents of holiday closures and public safety guidance for Thanksgiving cooking hazards.
