The West Bend School District board approved the posted meeting agenda and the consent agenda at its public meeting on Dec. 15, 2025. The consent agenda included minutes of the Dec. 8 regular meeting, one resignation and a debt collection vendor agreement; both the agenda and the consent items passed on voice votes.

Later in the meeting the board moved to adjourn into executive session to consider employment, promotion, compensation or performance-evaluation data of public employees, specifically mentioning base-wage negotiations and employee compensation. The president cited the statutory basis for the executive session and the board conducted a roll-call vote; all seven members—Swigert, Lang, Tamez, Krueger, Jenkins, Ergot and Pickler—voted yes and the motion carried unanimously.

The public portion of the meeting ended with the board standing adjourned into executive session; any further actions taken in executive session were not disclosed in the public record.
