Commission tables proposed meeting-time change after heated debate; vote 4–1

San Bernardino’s Arts and Historical Preservation Commission debated whether to change its regular meeting time before voting to table the item until the next meeting.

One commissioner criticized the change as politically motivated, saying, "I think this is being done for political reasons to say later on in the election that I helped change the times of all the commissions…" The chair stated that the tabled item will be back on the agenda for a final vote at the next meeting.
