Lemoore staff recommended CivicPlus as the city’s new website hosting and agenda‑management vendor and the council voted to approve the contract.

Mister Vargas (IT) presented three vendor options—CivicPlus, EvoGov and Revise—and recommended CivicPlus as an integrated, all‑in‑one solution. He stated the first‑year CivicPlus cost as "44,000, $991" in the meeting presentation; staff also cited an itemized one‑time design/migration cost of $33,000 and an annual subscription (packet language and staff comments noted approximately $11,000 annually). Vargas said migration would likely take about 4–6 months and the city would move the domain to lemoore.gov while retaining lemoore.com and setting up redirects.

Council members raised questions about content ownership, who would maintain pages, update workflows and support hours; staff said departmental workflows, supervisory approvals and limited publishing permissions would be used to keep posted information accurate. Council member Cruz urged clear milestones and project management to avoid scope creep during the migration.

The council approved the CivicPlus contract by roll call (vote recorded as 5‑0). Staff will proceed with contracting, data migration and establishing administrative roles and approval workflows.
