At its Oct. 20 meeting the Waukegan Purchasing and Finance Committee recorded the following formal actions:
Approve minutes (09/15/2025): Motion to approve minutes was made and seconded; the meeting recorded "Aye" and the motion carried.
MGT Impact Solutions contract: Motion to authorize the finance department to execute a professional services agreement with MGT Impact Solutions for up to $82,000 through May 29, 2026 was moved by Alderman Bolton and seconded by Alderman Felix. The transcript records Alderman Bolton, Alderman Felix and Alderman Martinez voting "Aye," and the motion carried. The committee requested a resume and additional procurement documentation from staff.
Adjournment: Motion to adjourn was moved by Alderman Bolton, seconded and carried; the committee adjourned at 6:46 p.m.
