Select Board members asked about coordination with the planning board on zoning issues and whether an additional $10,000 might be needed for scope expansion; staff said the target wrap‑up date is April 2026 to align with anticipated state grant cycles. The motion to approve funding from the town’s approved plans and studies budget was moved, seconded and carried.
