Speaker 5 moved to implement an immediate policy to enforce overnight‑parking restrictions and to form a working group to draft the accompanying general bylaw for town meeting. The motion was seconded, debated and carried by voice vote. Board members directed staff to identify which municipal parking areas the policy would cover and to post signage so the public is aware of restrictions.
