Loretta Dalrymple, director of accountability and assessment, said the problems emerged after high‑school counselors reported missing Algebra I credit for students at the Batesville campus in early September. Dalrymple said she and the district teams coordinator, Lorena Flores, performed a district‑wide audit of course masters in the training instance of Skyward back to 2021, reviewing course catalogs, board policy and Skyward settings.
