Speaker 3 moved to name Damien Starks as the replacement for Hamill; Speaker 2 seconded the motion and the board carried it by voice vote. Speaker 3 then moved to appoint Anna Ramirez as Bradford’s recommended replacement; the motion was seconded by Speaker 5 and carried by voice vote.
