Meyer (identified in the packet as an agent) authorizing the chairman to execute deeds of conveyance for multiple parcels that had been held in trust following tax sale. The chair explained the parcels had ended up with the county's tax-sale agent and buyers have been identified. Commissioners discussed agent fees; the chair noted the agent earns fees on both sides of the transaction.
